Ingredients
Cake
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of vegetable oil
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla tea
3 cups of grated carrots
Frosting
2 1/2 cups of icing sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
1 pack of 250 g cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Cake: Heat the oven to 350 ° F. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Step 3
Stir in dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Step 4
Add the grated carrots.
Step 5
Pour into the mold. Put in the oven and cook for about 50 minutes.
Step 6
