Fondue sauce, Chinese or Burgundy.
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp onion juice or onion, very finely chopped- salt and pepper.
Mix everything
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- some poppy seeds
Mix everything
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 or 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Mix everything
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- a little Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of oil
Mix and serve (also good with chicken)
Garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of parsley
- 1 or 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Sauce raised
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tspWorcestershire
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- chopped onions
- parsley
Mix everything and adjust the seasoning to taste.
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup of Chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Melt the butter without browning it. Add the onions and cook until transparent. Add the Chili sauce and soy sauce and cook for a few minutes.
Serve this hot sauce.
Devil's sauce
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 1 clove of finely chopped garlic
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of English sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Mayonnaise and cheese sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp(15 ml) melted cheese to spread
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of ketchup
- 1 tsp (5 mL) prepared mustard
Mix everything well.
Spicy sauce
Mix chili sauce and ketchup.
Add chopped shallot, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add a few drops of cognac or brandy.
There is no quantity but you can do the eye!
Mayonnaise and honey sauce
Just take some mayonnaise and add some honey.
You have to brew everything. Simply delicious!
Mayonnaise sauce and poppy seeds
- 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
- 2 tbsp mustard prepared
- 1 or 2 tsp poppy seeds
Stir all.
Mayonnaise sauce and HP sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of HP sauce table
- 1 tbsp relish
Brew it all!
Mayonnaise with parsley and onion
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small chopped onion very thin
- 1 pinch of Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped stuffed olives
Mix.
Mayonnaise and spices
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 3 shallots cut end
- curry powder to taste
Mix.
Bistro Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey (to taste)
- A pinch of tarragon
Mix everything!
Devil's fondue sauce
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp of butter
- A few drops of Tabasco
Cook on low heat until thickened. Stir occasionally. It is quite long before thickening (about 1 h 30 to 2 hours)
Cognac sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 fillet of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of cognac
- 1 pinch of pepper
Mix everything
Olive sauce
Cut into small pieces of stuffed olives
Mix them with mayonnaise and add a little juice to the mixture. Salt and pepper slightly. Simple, fast and really good!
Garlic sauce
- 8 to 9 fresh cloves of chopped fresh garlic
- 50 g of butter
- 250 ml mayonnaise
Melt the butter with the garlic
Stir in the mayonnaise and mix well
Put in the refrigerator at least 2 hours
Curry sauce:
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- curry powder to taste
Ketchup sauce
- 1/2 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of oil
- onions and minced garlic
Best made a few hours in advance!
