Recipe - 7 Up Pizza Dough (really good)
INGREDIENTS
1 can of Seven-Up 355 ml at room temperature (important)
2 1/2 tablespoon (33 ml) of olive oil
3/4 teaspoon (4 ml) sugar
4 cups (1000 ml) flour + 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
1 1/2 tsp (8 ml) salt
2 tsp(10 ml) yeast in a jar or 1 sachet of quick yeast
1 egg
PREPARATION
Open the Seven-Up and sprinkle the packet of yeast. Beat the egg with a fork. Mix the rest of the dry ingredients. Put the egg in the yeast preparation. Mix the yeast with the dry ingredients and with the hands make a paste. On a clean surface, put flour and knead the dough for 2 minutes. Oil a mold and roll up the dough covered with a clean cloth. About 30 minutes, then cut the dough in half and spread on 12-inch or 30-cm round pizza pans.
400°F cooking
PS: You can separate into 4 balls to make smaller pizzas, the balls freeze
Bon appétit!
