Recipe: Chicken Chow Mein.
INGREDIENTS
4 tsp soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp corn starch
1/4 cup cold water
4 tbsp corn oil
2 cups raw chickens
2 cups celery sticks
2 cups minced onions
2 cups bean sprouts
1 tsp sugar
2 cups of beef consumed
1 Chinese consommé
PREPARATION:
Mix soy sauce and cornstarch with cold water (set aside).
Heat the oil in a deep skillet.
Add salt, pepper, sugar and consommé.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir and add the chicken cut into thin strips.
Cook for 3 minutes on high heat.
Add celery, chinese cabbage, onions and sprouted beans.
Add the cornstarch mixture.
Cook uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
