The new version of Benoît Gagnon diet soup!
INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 boxes of tomatoes
1 or 2 big onions
1 large box of chicken broth or beef
1 mixture of Lipton soup (chicken and noodles or onions)
1 foot of celery
1 or 2 cans of canned or fresh beans
2 green peppers
2 pounds of carrots
Season with salt, pepper, curi, parsley, Worcestershire sauce.
PREPARATION
Cut the vegetables to taste, fry the onion, add the other ingredients and cover with water. Bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to medium and cook until the vegetables are tender.
This soup can be eaten at any time of the day and as much as you want to eat. This soup does not add calories. The more you eat, the more you lose weight.
Drinks: Unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice, skim milk, water.
Day 1: Any fruit, except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon contain fewer calories than other fruits.
Day 2: All the vegetables. As much as you want, raw, cooked or canned. Green vegetables and salads are preferable. Mostly no legumes (peas and corn). Do not forget to eat the soup. For dinner, reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat any fruit today.
Day 3: Eat all the soup, all the vegetables and all the fruits you want. If you have eaten as described above for 3 days without cheating, you should have lost 5 to 7 pounds.
Day 4: Bananas and skim milk. You must eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can. Do not forget the soup. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and today your body will need potassium and carbohydrates.
Day 5: Beef and tomatoes. You can eat up to 20 ounces of beef and fresh or canned tomatoes. Eat the soup at least once today.
Day 6: Beef and vegetables. Eat to the fullest satisfaction all the vegetables and beef you want. You can eat 2 or 3 steaks, but no potatoes. Make sure to eat the soup at least once today.
Day 7: IT IS YOU SUCCESSFUL! Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. All this at will without forgetting the soup. You can add vegetables to rice.
AT THE END OF THE WEEK IF YOU HAVE NOT CHEATED YOU SHOULD HAVE LOST BETWEEN 10 AND 17 POUNDS. IF YOU LOST OVER 17 POUNDS WAIT 2 DAYS TO START.
This 7 day diet can be used as often as you want. If followed correctly, it will clean your system and give you a feeling of well-being like never before. After 7 days you will feel lighter at least 10 pounds possibly 17 and full of energy.
This diet is fast and burns a lot of fat. The secret: you burn more calories than you take. This diet does not allow alcohol at any time and it is best to finish at least 24 hours before taking it.
Because the digestive system of each individual is different, this diet will act differently for everyone. After 3 days you will have more energy. You can eat a cup of All brand or fiber. Even if you can drink coffee, after 3 days you will find that you do not feel the need.
The soup can be eaten when you are hungry at any time and in unlimited quantities. Remember, the more you eat more you lose weight. You can eat boiled or roasted chicken instead of beef but without the skin. You can also substitute beef with grilled fish, only 1 day of the 2 days you eat beef. The proteins contained in beef are necessary.
Any medication taken with or without a prescription will not affect this diet. You can continue as long as you need.
Strongly discouraged: Drink alcohol, eat bread, drink carbonated beverages even diets, no frying.
Recommended: Drink plenty of water, at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day as well as tea, herbal tea and cranberry juice.
