Recipe: Chinese spaghetti.
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Chinese fondue beef or 1 lb. sliced thin round eye or 1 lb. chicken breast cut into pieces.
1 red and / or yellow pepper in strips
1 package broccoli cut into pieces
3/4 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
4 celery stems cut into cubes
Soy sauce to taste
Spaghetti for 4 people
8 oz beef broth
PREPARATION
Cut the vegetables. Cut the meat and braised with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp. butter. Add the garlic.
Add all vegetables except broccoli.
Cook a few minutes, then add the soy sauce to taste.
Cook for a few minutes and add the beef broth. Cover and cook on low heat.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti half (half cooked).
Drain.
Add spaghetti to meat and vegetables.
Add the broccoli.
Mix.
Bake at 350 ° F, still covered, and cook for 30 minutes.
