Recette Gratin de chou-fleur et brocoli
INGREDIENTS
Bechamel:
- 3 tbsp.butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup cheese spread
- Mozzarella cheese or grated white cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Vegetables:
- 1 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup cauliflower
PREPARATION
- Blanch cauliflower and broccoli. Put aside.
- In a skillet, melt the butter or margarine and add the flour while stirring with a whisk. Add hot milk, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth. Add the cheese spread and melt. To put out the fire. Salt and pepper.
