Grandma's white flat cake
INGREDIENTS
Dough :
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of milk
3 tbsp of fat
4 tsp of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp of vanilla or maple oil
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
Icing:
1/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of milk
3 cups of icing sugar
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients of the dough and bake in preheated oven at 400F for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool completely on a rack before icing.
For icing:
Melt the butter and brown sugar with the milk in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
