Recipe: Light pancakes with cottage cheese apples
INGREDIENTS
- 2 small apples
- 100 g of white cheese at 0%
- 100g of flour
- 20 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 60 g of skimmed milk
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and beaten egg.
- Add the flour mixed with the yeast, then the milk. Whisk well to obtain a paste without lumps.
- Pour the sugar, mix and reserve.
- Peel the apples, cut them in half and seed them. Grate the apples and stir in the dough and mix gently.
- Let stand at least an hour.
- Heat a skillet, lightly grease. Place small piles of dough in the pan, cook over medium heat for a few minutes, then return the pancakes to cook the other side.
- Repeat until exhaustion of the dough.
