The famous candies with potatoes of yesteryear.

Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 1/2 bag of icing sugar
Peanut Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Boil two potatoes over medium heat until soft. Drain and crush the potatoes (without butter or other additions). Make a ball with the mashed potato and let it rest in the refrigerator until it is solid and cold, about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Add icing sugar, a little at a time, so that the potatoes become a dough, mixing well.
Step 3
Spread the dough on waxed paper with a roll. Spread peanut butter over it. Roll, refrigerate, cut into pieces and serve.
