Recipe: Moose cubes and tender slow cooker vegetables!
INGREDIENTS
1 lb moose in cubes
3 medium carrots in cubes
2 medium potatoes in cubes
Pepper of your choice
Fresh mushrooms
Cabbage (optional)
asparagus
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
3 celery branches
1/4 cup red wine
1 bag Lipton onion soup 39 g
1 tin can tomato paste of 156 ml
1 1/3 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Stir in the slow cooker moose cubes and vegetables.
Mix together red wine, onion soup, tomato paste and water.
Pour the mixture over the moose cubes and mix. Add the peppers and mushrooms and the arperges the last hour of cooking.
Bake 6 to 8 hours over low!
