Recipe: Homemade bread without kneading.
INGREDIENTS PART 1
1 1/2 tsp traditional yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm water
PREPARATION PART 1
Mix sugar and water together in a dish with a lid.
Add the yeast and close the dish.
Let rise for about 10 minutes.
INGREDIENTS PART 2
6 tsp salt
1/3 cup of sugar
3 1/2 tbsp of fat (butter)
2 cups of milk
2 cups of water
PREPARATION PART 2
Heat everything, EXCEPT WATER, just sear to melt the fat.
Remove from heat and add the 2 cups of water.
INGREDIENTS PART 3
10 to 12 cups of flour
FINAL PREPARATION
Take a big bowl and mix part 1 with the mixture of part 2.
Gradually add the flour gradually to the mixture while stirring until a consistency a little sticky.
Grease a big bump and put the ball of dough on it.
Grease the top of the dough ball and put a damp cloth on top of the bowl.
Put the bowl in an oven off with the light on and a bowl of hot water next to it.
Let rise 2hrs.
Take out the goose bumps.
Give a shot in the center of the dough to bring it down.
Knead lightly and divide the dough into 5 to make 5 large loaves.
Put the divided balls in their bread pan, previously greased.
Let rise another 2 hours.
Bake at 325°F on center rack until loaves are golden brown.
