Recipe: Maple caramel
INGREDIENTS
- 3 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 1 cup of corn syrup
- 1 can of condensed milk
PREPARATION
- On the stove, put the two syrups in a cauldron and boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
- Pour the milk and whisk in the electric mixer for 10 minutes.
- Then pour in your pots.
