Recipe : Sister's farts
INGREDIENTS
for 4 people
For the pastry:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp of powdered dough
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of fat (lard)
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 egg
Garnish:
- Butter
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- brown sugar
PREPARATION
- To make the pie dough sift together the flour, baking powder and salt, then add the fat to the dry ingredients.
- Beat the egg with the milk and pour gradually while mixing with a fork. This will give a soft paw that you can roll right away.
- Spread the paw on a work surface using a baking roll until it reaches a thickness of 0. 5cm spread with lightly melted butter, pinch of cinnamon and brown sugar.
