Recipe: Chinese chicken macaroni.
Ingredients
2 cups (250 gr) of cut macaroni
1 cup (90 gr) of sliced mushrooms
1 cup (110 gr) of cut celery
½ cup (130 gr) of sliced onion
1 cup (140 gr) of sliced red pepper
2 cups (280 gr) of cooked chicken
½ cup (125 mL) of chicken broth
4 tsp of soy sauce
Pepper
Green onions
Preparation
In a saucepan boil water, add the macaroni, simmer for about 8 minutes.
Drain.
In a wok or skillet put a little olive oil, heat and add the vegetables. To return all while leaving these crunchy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Add the macaroni.
Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes, taste and adjust the seasoning to your taste!
Serve and add to the taste of green onions.
