Recipe: Baked Potatoes with Pépére Shrimps
INGREDIENTS
- 4 beautiful big potatoes
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 shallot cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 10 shrimps cut in 3
- 4 large shelled shrimps
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Smoked paprika to taste (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and put the potatoes for 40 minutes or until they are tender.
- Remove from the oven and remove the flesh.
- Mix the meat well with the sour cream, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, shrimp pieces and cheddar cheese.
- Fill the potatoes with this mixture, put mozzarella on it and decorate a shrimp with a little parsley.
- Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is gratinated.
