Recipe: Sugar Pie and Eagle brand
INGREDIENTS
1 9-inch Frozen Tenderflake Pie Crust
2 cups brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 Eagle Brand milk carton
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Mix brown sugar and flour. Add evaporated milk, egg and vanilla and mix well. Pour into the pie crust.
STEP 2
Bake at 350 ° F for 45-50 minutes, until the round is firm, but the center is gelatinous.
STEP 3
Cool completely before cutting. The pie is frozen very well.
