Recipe: blancmange
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION
Heat the milk.
Add sugar and cornstarch dissolved in cold water.
Boil, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Pour into cups and serve.
