Recipe: The best meatballs in the world
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. (0.45 kg) minced meat
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) finely sliced onion
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup (65 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C). Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper.
- In large bowl, combine onion, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Add the ground beef and mix well.
- Form balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
