Recipe: Pie with farlouche.
INGREDIENTS
Pastry (2 pie shell)
1 tbsp butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup of boiling water
1 1/2 cup of golden grapes
1 good tbsp cornstarch
PREPARATION
Rinse the grapes well with very hot water.
Let rest.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar and melt over medium-high heat. Be careful not to burn the caramel.
Add boiling water and simmer while stirring to dissolve the brown sugar mixture.
Dilute the cornstarch in a little cold water.
Add caramel starch and simmer until thickened. Put the grapes and let cool.
To darken a plate with one of the lowered.
Put the grape mixture and cover with dough.
Bake at 325 °F for about 25 minutes.
