Secret recipe of creamy coleslaw (St-Hubert style)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 chopped cabbage
1 large grated carrot
1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (65 mL) vinegar
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper from the mill (to taste)
PREPARATION
Chop the cabbage and grate the carrot. Drop in a large bowl.
Mix all the ingredients of the dressing with a whisk.
Refrigerate the vinaigrette (best after 4 hours). The vinaigrette can be pre-prepared and placed in a glass container.
Pour the vinaigrette over the cabbage salad.
