Recipe: Ham with maple and pineapple.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 ham
20 cloves
1 tin can (398 ml) pineapple slice
1 tin can (540 ml) maple syrup
PREPARATION
Step 1
Put the ham in the pan and add enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
2nd step
Preheat oven to 275 ° F (140 ° C).
Step 3
Drain the ham and clove it with cloves. Place the ham in a baking dish.
Step 4
Top with pineapple slices and add maple syrup and reserved pineapple juice. Bake uncovered for 90 minutes, spraying ham with syrup and pineapple juice 2 or 3 times.
